High income threshold increases to $183,100 p.a.
Compensation cap lifts to $91,550 (6 months’ pay)
πΉ Application Filing Fees:
Increases to $89.70 for unfair dismissal, general protections, and bullying/harassment claims
πΉ Minimum Wage Increase:
New minimum wage: $948 per week or $24.95 per hour
πΉ Award Wages:
Increase of 3.5% across all minimum award rates
πΉ Superannuation Guarantee:
Rises to 12%
