About Me

Hello, I'm Brenda.

With over 30 years of experience in HR, I'm passionate about helping businesses get the best out of their people. I know that when something isn't quite right with your team, it can feel stressful and uncertain, and you just want clear guidance on what to do next.

That's why I started TRACK HR. To provide straightforward, practical support for my clients. They know they can just pick up the phone and have a chat, and get clarity on what to do next.

My approach to HR in every business comes from local and global experience, depth of knowledge, and good old common sense, and I like to keep things simple. I take the time to understand your business, your challenges, and your people, then work alongside you to find solutions that are tailored to your needs, commercially sound, and easy to put into action.

Whether it's a complex workplace issue or day-to-day HR support, I'm here as your trusted partner, someone you can talk things through with, to commercially protect your business so that you feel confident and more certain about your next steps.

I hold an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. I'm also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and Vice President of the Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce.

Over the years, I've worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, giving us a strong understanding of the real challenges business owners face every day.

In November 2025, I was proud to be named a finalist in the Frankston Business Chamber Business Awards for Small and Succeeding Business, something that reflects my commitment to supporting businesses and building strong, positive workplaces.
